The Journal will publish papers on practical applications of statistics and other quantitative methods to medicine and its applied sciences. Research into Higher Education Abstracts exists to propagate knowledge about, and encourage discussion of, significant research into higher education. Published by Routledge on behalf of the Society for Research into Higher Education, it provides a regular survey of international periodicals relevant to the theory and practice of higher education and also offers a selective coverage of books and monographs. More than 600 abstracts are produced each year.They are grouped under eight headings; national systems and comparative studies, institutional management, curriculum (including subject studies with wider relevance), research, students, staff, finance and physical resources and contributory studies (including research design and methodologies). A key word subject index in each volume allows easy reference to those which cross category boundaries. An author index and a list of journals, with addresses, from which abstracts are drawn are also included in each issue, with a cumulative index annually.
